Car Chat, Precepting Student Reflection, Night Meetings | Vlog 15:
Adrianne gets chatty in the car... hands-free, y'all! She unloads some thoughts on doing assessments with and in front of preceptees and students, how she assesses people on shift, and how she plans to break it down for her student.
She also takes you along with her for the first day of two new meeting times for the council she co-chairs. Instead of the old 1300 time, Adrianne will be headed into work for meetings at 1700 and 2200 (if you don't know your military time, that's 5pm and 10pm).
Day shift meetings are a nice change of pace, but then it's back to the night shift. Adrianne packs her lunch, mostly drinks, and then suits up for another night shift. This follow-me-around ends with a shocking temperature change.
